Greetings in the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ! In this weekend's Gospel taken from Matthew 13:1-9, we see Jesus sitting first of all on the seashore, and then sitting down in a boat in order to teach the crowd at length in parables.
Jesus continues to teach us from the seashore and the boat of salvation on a daily basis in and through the Mass, as well as through our daily personal prayers.
In the same vein, I will be sitting on the seashore in California, so that I can be refreshed physically, emotionally and spiritually from July 13-30. I will greatly appreciate your prayers for me. During my absence, there will be four priests to cover our Masses: Fr. Long, Fr. Patrick Tabor Eku, Fr. Nghia Cao (Cross Catholic Outreach International) and Senor Cura Saul Ortiz Briano.
During my absence, if there are any emergencies that require the Anointing of the Sick, please contact the Church Office.

¡Saludos en el nombre de Nuestro Señor Jesucristo! En el Evangelio de este fin de semana, tomado de Mateo 13, 1-9, vemos a Jesús sentado primero a la orilla del mar y luego en una barca para enseñar ampliamente a la multitud por medio de parábolas.
Jesús continúa enseñándonos cada día desde la orilla del mar y desde la barca de la salvación a través de la Santa Misa, así como por medio de nuestras oraciones personales diarias.
De la misma manera, yo estaré descansando a la orilla del mar en California del 13 al 30 de Julio para renovar mis fuerzas física, emocional y espiritualmente. Les agradeceré mucho que me tengan presentes en sus oraciones.
Durante mi ausencia, habrá cuatro sacerdotes que celebrarán nuestras Misas: el Padre Long, el Padre Patrick Tabor Eku, el Padre Nghia Cao (de Cross Catholic Outreach International) y el Señor Cura Saúl Ortiz Briano.
Mientras esté ausente, si surge alguna emergencia que requiera el Sacramento de la Unción de los Enfermos, por favor comuníquese a la Oficina Parroquial, con Gaby Zamarripa al (405)947-2275 y deje un mensaje.

CONSTRUCTION CAMPAIGN FUND UPDATE
The second collection for the Construction Fund will take place on the second and fourth weekends of each month. The next collection will be June 27 and 28, 2026. These collections will help cover the costs of the rectory bathroom, the remodeling of the parish kitchen, and the Parish Hall and its bathrooms. As of JuLY 4, 2026, we have raised a total of $107,743.58. We thank everyone for your generosity and continued support.
ACTUALIZACIÓN DEL FONDO DE DE LA CAMPAÑA DE CONSTRUCCIÓN:
La segunda colecta para el Fondo de Construcción se llevará a cabo durante el fin de semana del 27 y 28 de Junio del 2026. Esta colecta ayudará a cubrir los costos del baño de la rectoría, la renovación de la cocina parroquial, así como del Salón Parroquial y sus baños. Hasta la fecha, hemos recaudado un total de $107,743.58. Agradecemos a todos su generosidad y continuo apoyo.
